Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Due to the size and weight of solar panels, batteries, and racking equipment, many of our products require freight shipping.

Freight Shipping (Large Items)

Large items such as solar panels and heavy battery banks are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Freight deliveries require an adult to be present to inspect and sign for the delivery. The freight carrier will contact you prior to delivery to schedule an appointment.

• Please thoroughly inspect all freight shipments for damage before signing the delivery receipt.
• Liftgate service is generally included for residential deliveries, but please confirm at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
